ParkDots is a leader in on-street parking in Slovakia. Thanks to its vertically integrated, fully cloud-based SaaS platform, it effectively connects parking operators, residents/visitors, and providers of specialized services and technologies.
By combining a broad functional scope with deep domain expertise, a modular solution was created that is now used by more than 40 European cities and metropolitan areas for parking digitalization and management.
ParkDots covers all key aspects of parking – from enforcement and mobile parking payments to a complete system for issuing and managing parking permits.
In cooperation with PosAm, we carried out a comprehensive optimization of our cloud infrastructure within the Microsoft Azure environment. Based on a detailed analysis of the infrastructure, application requirements, and real data, they proposed and implemented both technical and operational changes without any impact on the platform’s functionality. The result was a 32% reduction in operating costs while maintaining the long-term sustainability of the solution, even with a significant increase in the number of users. At the same time, PosAm helped us introduce new infrastructure services that support further development and the efficient operation of ParkDots.
