PosAm partners with Nexthink to offer proactive services to its customers

Under the agreement, PosAm will be the first Nexthink reseller and MSP partner in Eastern Europe, covering several countries (Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary and Poland). Partnership agreement to meet growing demand for IT analytics solutions in Eastern Europe.

With Nexthink, PosAm can provide proactive workspace service management for existing and future customers and extend the infrastructure security to End-User Computing. PosAm’s market share of corporate endpoint device support in Slovakia is currently around 20%, which is a perfect opportunity for Nexthink End-user IT analytics. PosAm is also planning to integrate Nexthink into its service desk solution, Servio. The next step will be for PosAm to combine Nexthink with IaaS services provided from the Telekom Cloud.

Nexthink provides real-time visibility and analytics on the usage of the entire IT infrastructure and endpoints. All important end-user related events, for example changes in the IT infrastructure, application usage, bandwidth, error messages and crashes, as well as potential security risks and the performance of IT services are recorded and visualized from the end-user perspective.
