Slovak Telekom sells its stake in PosAm subsidiary
Slovak Telekom Group has announced a further change in its structure. Slovak Telekom has sold its 51% stake in PosAm – which it owned since 2010 – and as a result, PosAm will once again operate independently on the Slovak ICT market from March 3rd, 2023. Slovak Telekom agreed on the buyback of 51% of the company’s share directly with its founder and CEO Marián Marek. 17th SPA Conference
On 17-19 May, the 17th conference of the Slovak Parking Association (SPA) took place in the High Tatras. It was held under the auspices of the Ministry of Transport of the Slovak Republic. The main topic of the event was Parking in Cities. The conference was attended by 125 experts from local authorities, state and public administration, universities, parking operators, designers, manufacturers and suppliers of parking equipment and related services. After last year’s successful BR2FLY series, we have decided to support the multi-sport program again this year. The main purpose of the project is to involve the wider public and employees of both PosAm and Commander in joint sporting activities.
