For 30 years, we grew at one address in Banská Bystrica. Today, we’re starting a new chapter.

We started out in Banská Bystrica in 1996 as a small sales representation office. Just a few months later, our first development team was formed, bringing with it solutions that helped companies improve management, quality, and everyday operations. Over time, we moved from Lotus Notes applications through web and software solutions to today’s modern systems built on the Java platform.

Today, the Banská Bystrica branch is a stable part of PosAm, with a team of experts contributing to solutions in IT Service Management, Field Service Management, and Budget Information Systems. But what defines us most isn’t just the technology – it’s the people. Many of them have been part of the team for more than 10 or even 20 years.

And it’s on the occasion of this anniversary that a significant change is taking place.

After 30 years at one address, the branch has moved to new, modern premises at Europa Business Center. This step is more than just a change of location – it’s a natural continuation of our growth and our ambition to create a quality environment for both the people and the projects we work on.

Thank you to all the colleagues who have been and continue to be part of this journey. We look forward to everything the coming years will bring.

Maroš Čuchta is the new CEO of PosAm

PosAm, one of the largest and oldest IT companies in Slovakia, has undergone a significant change in leadership, thus marking a new chapter in the company’s operations on Slovak market.  After 30 years as the CEO, Marián Marek has handed over the leadership of the company to Maroš Čuchta.
