The year 2023 represented a period of significant changes and transformations for us in the life of our company. The change of our registered office is an important milestone for us, symbolizing a new beginning and a positive step in building a new era for PosAm.

At the same time, we kindly ask you to use this address as the correspondence address of our company. The official change of the registered office (including the change of the billing address) will take place only on the date of registration of the change in the relevant business register. We will inform our business partners about the change in the billing information without delay.

Slovak Telekom sells its stake in PosAm subsidiary
Slovak Telekom Group has announced a further change in its structure. Slovak Telekom has sold its 51% stake in PosAm – which it owned since 2010 – and as a result, PosAm will once again operate independently on the Slovak ICT market from March 3rd, 2023. Slovak Telekom agreed on the buyback of 51% of the company’s share directly with its founder and CEO Marián Marek.
