PosAm continues its long-term collaboration with Slovenské elektrárne, having signed a new 5-year contract for the provision of technical support, call center services, and PCaaS. The partnership spans nearly three decades and ranks among the longest-standing continuous collaborations of the company.
Over time, the cooperation has evolved from service and end-user device support to comprehensive end-user services. In the upcoming period, it will focus on further modernization, including the expansion of Modern End-User Services (mEUS) and the use of artificial intelligence elements.
The project confirms PosAm’s ability to deliver and continuously develop IT services for major clients in the energy sector and to support their technological transformation.
