Two HUS VM systems will replace the original solutions from IBM. PosAm’s victory was down to the best technical parameters and lowest total cost of ownership (TCO) over a 5-year horizon. The new system possesses modern and, in many respects, unique technologies. More effective use of disk capacity is ensured by Dynamic Tiering and Dynamic Provisioning, while maximum performance is down to Hitachi Accelerated flash, with 3.5 times higher performance than competitive SSD technology. Local and remote data replication, as well as technologies for secure deletion of data, allow for a 100% written warranty that customers will not lose any data at the fault of Hitachi technologies.

ZUNO is a modern direct bank, a subsidiary of Austrian group Raiffeisen Bank International. It has been operating in Slovakia since 2010 and then from the middle of 2011 also in the Czech Republic. Its goal is to simplify to the maximum clients’ handling of their finances using modern IT technologies. ZUNO bank was one of the first internet banks in Central and Eastern Europe. It is the only bank in Slovakia and the Czech Republic to have no physical branches, but is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using a PC, tablet or smartphone with operating systems iOS, Android or Windows Phone.

Hitachi Data Systems (HDS) focuses on social innovation based on technologies for mass data processing. The world leader in Enterprise Storage solutions enjoys around a 26% market share in Slovakia. The customers of PosAm account for 90% of this, making it a clear leader in implementing HDS solutions and one of the most important integrators of Enterprise Storage solutions in Slovakia.

PosAm has been operating on the Slovak market for 25 years, during which time it has grown into a leading system integrator. In 2010, it became part of Slovak Telekom, thereby confirming and reinforcing its position as a leading IT company in Slovakia. The principal goal of the company is to provide customers with usefulness by way of unique solutions using information technologies. In addition to the supplied storage solution, PoAm also provides ZUNO with full management of end devices of all employees for the whole of Central Europe where ZUNO operates.

PosAm workforce management systém zmenil zložitý papierový proces vybavovania pracovných príkazov na automatizovaný a elektronický postup. Plánovanie prác, prerozdeľovanie pracovných príkazov, zaznamenávanie údajov, prenos dát do centrálnych systémov, všetko prebieha v elektronickej podobe.
